The "MP-DESIGN" complex has been devised as a brand new idea drawing on the European architecture, yet imbued with the character of a capital that used to be so widely recognized; architecturally modern and still romantic - an echo of an older and more sophisticated Belgrade.
The height of the building is adjusted to the surrounding structures. Each facility is furnished with a basement, a ground floor, two floors and an attic shaped under the flat roof. All apartments are optimally oriented, with high quality collimation.
Owing to masterly processed stone of the self-ventilating façade (SANNINI, Hunter Douglas), the exterior of MP-DESIGN buildings makes them blend harmoniously with the old neighbourhood mansions and form a recognisable architectural unit that adorns this part of the Vracar area.

Featuring a spacious living area and a two-direction orientation, the apartments offer large, much-needed amounts of daylight as well as air circulation. The very appearance of the facility underlines the functional division of the dwelling; the veneered façade materials cushion the bedrooms and accentuate their intimacy, whereas the 305 cm high living space opens towards the balcony and the surroundings through large glass panels.
Balconies are fitted with ice and snow-melting heaters, covered with first-class ceramic tiles. We have chosen the very best in ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, massage baths, as well as faucets and accessories of the leading European manufacturers (Cerim, Floor Gres, Rex, Jakuzzi, Jessi ...).

A window grants a particular type of contact with the surroundings; it mirrors the characteristics of the region and its climate. Along with other components of the facility, it must meet the requirements of energy saving, adequate lighting, and airing of the interior. The entire outer joinery is made of aluminium-wood, thus incorporating the best features of wood as the indoor material with those of aluminium serving as its external protection.
The windows are double-glazed with heat and sound insulating, low-emission, coated reflective glass, GUARDIAN, (Stopsol+Argon+low-E). All rooms are fitted with electrically powered shutters with remote control.
The quality and form of the inner joinery reflect the contemporary tendencies in the interior design (TRE-Più).
The apartment front doors (NEW-TECH®)are burglar-proof with Multi-lock cylinders and a coded card programmed to unlock both the hallway and the apartment.
Each apartment has a separate VRV multi-split cooling system Toshiba – Premium, triple filter + Silver Nano filter (air ioniser).
The apartments are fitted with installations for TV satellite and terrestrial antennas and connections for cable TV. Additional cabling is planned to enable the use of Triple Play service.
All condominiums have a direct access via elevator to their parking spaces in the garage and their storage premises. To ensure the security of residents, the elevator is equipped with special controls enabling monitored use (Thyssen Krupp).
